Please
note that all our sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and
non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty
goods
If
the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please
contact us by telephone (+65-6745 1550), fax (+65-6745 5475) or email
(custsvcs@lynkbiotech.com) immediately on the day of receipt. If the
package is damaged on arrival, please return the goods with its original packaging
within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
Please pack any returns with care, ensuring the parcel is
secure. Returns will be examined on receipt. Reimbursements or replacements may
be made on a case by case basis. These returns are at the sender's expense.
